Weather Clothing System (ECWCS), designed for high-activity maneuvers in cold,
windy, and damp conditions. Unlike traditional hardshell waterproof gear, these
Level 5 soft shell trousers are engineered for maximum breathability and
stretch, allowing moisture to escape during exertion while providing a robust
barrier against the elements.
Constructed
from an encapsulated silicone-treated nylon/spandex fabric, these pants
are windproof and highly water-resistant. The ACU Digital (UCP) pattern
ensures seamless integration with standard-issue gear. In New (unissued)
condition, the fabric retains its full factory-applied water repellency and
structural integrity, making them a premium choice for winter trekking, alpine
climbing, or professional field use.
