ACU Primary
Survival Gear Carrier (PSGC) Aircrew Survival Vest - Used
The USGI ACU
Primary Survival Gear Carrier (PSGC) Aircrew Survival Vest is an authentic,
military-issue tactical harness system engineered for U.S. Army aviation
personnel and flight crews. Designed as a central component of the Air Warrior
integrated gear ensemble, this specialized flight vest organizes and retains
mission-critical survival gear, emergency signaling devices, armor inserts, and
small arms ammunition in high-risk operational environments.
Constructed
from heavy-duty, flame-resistant Nomex® synthetic mesh and durable nylon trim
in official Universal Camouflage Pattern (ACU / UCP Digital), the PSGC vest is
built to withstand extreme mechanical wear while offering thermal flash
protection. Its breathable mesh architecture minimizes heat retention inside
helicopter and fixed-wing cockpits, while heavy-duty front zip/buckle closures,
adjustable side-lacing, and shoulder straps allow military flight crews to
tailor the fit over flight suits and body armor. The exterior is encircled with
tactical MOLLE/PALS webbing to integrate specialized survival, radio, and
ammunition pouches.
In Used /
Field-Serviceable condition, this survival vest is 100% operational,
structurally sound, and field-ready. Sourced directly from military surplus
turn-ins, expect standard cosmetic signs of prior deployment—such as light
fabric fading, minor surface scuffs, or handwritten soldier identification
markings on tag blocks. Every vest undergoes a complete hand-inspection to
ensure all heavy-duty zippers pull smoothly, buckle hardware latches tightly,
adjustment cords hold tension, and MOLLE webbing channels remain fully intact.
