Modular Tactical Vest (IMTV) Cummerbund Assembly is a vital structural
component of the U.S. Marine Corps' primary load-bearing and armor system.
Designed to provide a secure, adjustable fit for the IMTV, this assembly allows
for the integration of side ballistic inserts and additional MOLLE-compatible
gear. Engineered for high-intensity combat environments, it features a
sophisticated Emergency Quick Release (QR) system, ensuring the entire
vest can be jettisoned instantly in casualty or water-submersion scenarios.

from heavy-duty 500D Cordura Nylon, this assembly provides a stable
platform for side SAPI plates while maintaining the breathability and mobility
required by infantry Marines. This complete kit includes all internal and
external panels and the critical pull-cord hardware required to restore or
upgrade an IMTV to full mission capability.

- 2 Outer Cummerbund Panels (Right
& Left):
Features heavy-duty PALS webbing for mounting side armor pouches,
magazines, or utility gear.
- 1 Right Inner Cummerbund: Provides the internal structure
and comfort lining for the right side.
- 1 Left Inner Cummerbund: Provides the internal structure
and comfort lining for the left side.
- 1 Emergency Quick Release (QR)
Pull: The
high-visibility pull-tab and cable system for rapid vest removal.
- 1 Triple Dacron Loop Attachment
Strap: The
reinforced anchor point used to secure the cummerbund to the rear of the
vest.
