The USMC
FILBE Sustainment Pouch is a mission-critical component of the Family of
Improved Load Bearing Equipment (FILBE) system. Designed to expand the capacity
of the Large Rucksack, these pouches are traditionally mounted in pairs to the
side PALS webbing to provide quick-access storage for essential supplies. While
originally engineered to hold up to three MREs, their generous volume makes
them ideal for carrying hydration bladders, extra layers, or bulkier field
equipment.
Constructed
from heavy-duty 500D CORDURA® nylon, the FILBE version is lighter and
lower-profile than previous generations while maintaining extreme abrasion
resistance. The Coyote Brown finish is the official USMC standard,
designed to integrate seamlessly with modern Marine Corps gear. This NSN
