All trademarked products—including but not limited to X-Camo™, BDU’s™, and DIPLOMAT™—are the exclusive property of Military Outdoor Clothing, Inc.
Use of these trademarks for marketing or resale without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use of MOC imagery or digital assets is a violation of these terms.
3. Wholesale Compliance & Sales Tax
To maintain a wholesale account with MOC, businesses must provide a valid Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate. Without this documentation on file, accounts will not be eligible for tax-exempt status.
4. Shipping Liability (F.O.B. Origin)
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Origin (Greenville, TX). This means the purchaser assumes all liability, risk of loss, and shipping costs once the shipment leaves our facility and is accepted by the carrier.
5. Limitation of Liability
MOC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delays in shipping. All "As-Is" items (Military Surplus) are sold without express or implied warranties.
