Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping & Logistics

  • Fulfillment Time: In-stock orders typically ship within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Carrier & Rates: We primarily ship via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on current carrier rates, package weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Residential Delivery: Please note that shipments to residential addresses are subject to carrier-mandated surcharges (minimum $3.18 per delivery).
  • F.O.B. Origin: All orders ship from our facility in Greenville, TX. Military Outdoor Clothing, Inc. is not responsible for the package once it has been handed over to the carrier.
  • Backorders: If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a partial shipment, a backorder, or a full refund.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

  • Immediate Inspection: Upon receiving your goods, please inspect them immediately.
  • Reporting Window: Claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Lost in Transit: If your wholesale shipment has not arrived within 7–10 business days, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a carrier trace.

Returns & Restocking

  • Return Window: All wholesale returns must be initiated within 21 days of the original ship date.
  • Condition Requirement: To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in original, "New" condition with all factory tags and packaging intact.
  • Restocking Fee: Returns showing signs of shelf-wear or alteration are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale): * Military Surplus & Used items (Sold "As-Is")
    • Food and Perishable products

How to Process a Return

  1. Request an RA Number: We cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please contact your account representative to request one.
  2. Labeling: The RA number must be clearly marked on a copy of the original invoice and included inside the return shipment.
  3. Return Shipping: The purchaser is responsible for all return freight charges. We strongly recommend insuring your shipment, as MOC is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit back to us.
