Ordering Information

The minimum order for a domestic order is $200.00 and the minimum on foreign orders: $500.00.

Terms
Domestic:Mastercard, Visa, Amex, or Discover Card; C.O.D. money order/certified check. Net 30 day terms or C.O.D. company check may be established by completing our credit application. Please allow 30 days for credit check, usually it is much faster. Net 30 day terms will be extended to all accounts, with approved credit.

Returned Checks
There will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks.

Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods shipped at prices in effect at time of shipping. Due to the fact that prices are subject to change without notice, purchase orders priced in error are not legally binding.

Shipping
All shipments are made F.O.B. Greenville, TX, USA. All freight truck shipments will be shipped freight collect unless other arrangements have been made.

Returns & Claims
1) Absolutely no returned merchandise will be accepted without our authorization form.
2) All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Claims not made during this time are subject to denial.
3) Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods and we must be notified before return. We will not accept merchandise for return which has been soiled in any way.
4) The return of any merchandise which is not purchased from Military Outdoor Clothing is subject to disposal or will be returned freight collect.

Ups & Freight Claims
All claims for merchandise lost and/or damaged in transit must be made to the delivering carrier. Damaged and/or unsealed cartons must be noted upon receipt from carrier. We will provide the necessary assistance in furnishing documentation for freight claims. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or pilferage during transit.

Back Orders
Items out of stock, which are $50.00 or more, will be placed on back order and held for 60 days. Please reorder after that time. A "No back order" policy is available upon the customer's request.
